五花肉切块, 梅菜浸泡至淡, 梅菜在白锅炒至香。Cut the pork belly into chunks. Soak the preserved mustard greens until they are slightly softened. Stir-fry the preserved mustard greens in a white pot until fragrant.
爆香蒜米和薑, 加入猪肉爆炒至熟, 加入调味料和梅菜。Stir fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until cooked. Add the seasonings and preserved mustard greens.
小火焖至肉软, 最后 试味,再自行调味。Simmer over low heat until the meat is tender. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
